- Start Web browser.
- In the Web browser:
- Visit page Download .NET Core 3.1.
- Click on the download that you need (look under OS: Linux, Binaries: Arm32).
- On the download page, copy the direct URL to the clipboard (ignore or cancel the automatic dowload).
