  1. Start Web browser.
  2. In the Web browser:
    1. Visit page Download .NET Core 3.1.
    2. Click on the download that you need (look under OS: Linux, Binaries: Arm32).
    3. On the download page, copy the direct URL to the clipboard (ignore or cancel the automatic dowload).
